We offer private lessons, camps, classes, and facility rentals for baseball and softball players of all levels, from beginning to elite travel. We also offer select football-specific training camps.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Fast-track success with one-on-one instruction in 30- and 60-minute private lessons. Lessons are offered for beginning to experienced players with instruction tailored to the player’s need and level.
Hitting
Build strong fundamentals through the full hitting process, from holding the bat to the stance, dry-swing T work, and live pitching. With experienced players, we analyze swing and stance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Fielding
Develop speed, strength, and agility in the field. Lessons include rounding to the ball, proper fundamentals of bending at the knee, squaring up to the ball, proper footwork, and baseball grip. We also build speed for stealing bases and getting to the ball more quickly.
Catching
Improve catching with one-to-one coaching on framing, footwork, transition time, and the proper ways to catch a baseball. Lessons also incorporate drills for speed and agility and hand-eye coordination.
Pitching
Become a better pitcher with focused instruction. We work on pitching mechanics and arm strengthening to help beginning and experienced players alike improve.
CAGE & SPACE RENTALS
Stay on top of your game with practice time in our cages, on our two pitching mounds, or in our mini-infield.

CAMPS
Baseball Camps
Build your skills to prep for the season at one of our camps. Camps are structured to include focused instruction and practice on hitting, fielding, throwing, and catching to take players to the next level. All camp coaches are experienced instructors. Call to inquire.

Football Camps
Up your game with our position-specific football camps for offensive players. Camps are for quarterbacks, receivers, and linemen and focus on proper mechanics of throwing to reading the defense, strategizing routes, and improving catching. All camp coaches are experienced instructors.
